My Creations

I love baking for others!
Here are some of my creations in the kitchen...

Here is my most popular sweet bread.

It is called Ensaymada (or Sweet Butter Brioche) and is a pastry product originally from Spain.  It's very light and fluffy bread, topped with butter and sugar glaze with grated cheese.  I've been making the regular ensaymadas but it has many other variants.  You can put ham, ube, and even chocolate filling inside the bread.  Yummm!

This is one of the first breads I've baked.  I love Pandesal with almost anything!  Try dipping it in coffee or making a sandwich with it.  My husband and I particularly like making a sandwich with sauteed sardines inside. Ha Ha!

Eating Mamon or sponge cake is like eating guilt-free cake.

It is so light and airy you can almost feel like you can eat hundreds of them!

I've been selling these Chocolate Revel Bars since high school and university days.  Chocolate lovers will surely love this but this is not for the faint of heart.  It has a very rich and sweet chocolate filling that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth!

Here are some of the cakes I've made....

This is the first cake I've made for my son and also the first cake I've made for a party.  I made this when Braden turned 3, just over a year ago.  Wow how time flies!
First fondant cake I've made for my beautiful niece Gabby.  Covered in fondant but accented with buttercream.

Giant Cupcake!

My sister's cake frosted with buttercream with fondant accents.

Second fondant cake I've wrapped, but first fondant cake all around! This is my lovely friend Sarah's baby shower cake. We didn't know the gender of the baby so it's mixed blue and pink.
My son Mac's cake when he turned 2.  Mickey cupcakes with fondant toppers.  Mickey's clubhouse chocolate cake covered in fondant.  Vanilla sheet cake covered in buttercream with fondant accents.

My son Braden's Cake on his 4th birthday.  Cars theme Devil's food cake in fondant.
My sister's cake --- Mocha Chiffon Cake filled with Mocha Butter Icing covered in fondant.
